Статья посвящена проблемам развития лесотранспортной инфраструктуры региона Свердловской области с учетом аспектов и информации ряда документов: лесного кодекса Российской Федерации, данных Рослесинфорга и лесного плана Свердловской области. Раскрываются нюансы развития лесотранспортной инфраструктуры области, основные проблемы связаны со сложностью рельефа и территорий, отдалённостью объектов с указанием протяжённости транспортной сети. Описывается необходимость ввода информационного реестра лесотранспортной инфраструктуры. Статью иллюстрирует карта-схема расположения объектов лесной и лесоперерабатывающей инфраструктуры объектов Свердловской области., The article is devoted to the problems of the development of the forest transport infrastructure of the Sverdlovsk region, taking into account the aspects and information of a number of documents: the Forest Code of the Russian Federation, Roslesinforg data and the forest plan of the Sverdlovsk region. The nuances of the development of the forest transport infrastructure of the region are revealed, the main problems are related to the complexity of the terrain and territories, the remoteness of objects indicating the length of the transport network. The necessity of entering the information register of the forest transport infrastructure is described. The article is illustrated by a map-diagram of the location of the objects of the forest and timber processing infrastructure of the objects of the Sverdlovsk region.

Было предложено решение проблемы бесперебойной поставки сырья на целлюлозно-бумажный комбинат при Ð½ÐµÐ±Ð»Ð°Ð³Ð¾Ð¿Ñ€Ð¸ÑÑ‚Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð´Ð¾Ñ€Ð¾Ð¶Ð½Ñ‹Ñ ÑƒÑÐ»Ð¾Ð²Ð¸ÑÑ Ñ использованием мобильного дорожного покрытия МОБИСТЕК. Область применения результатов ВКР. Полученные результаты применимы для целлюлозно-бумажного комбината с целью оптимизации Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸ÑÑ‚Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ñ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾Ñ†ÐµÑÑÐ¾Ð². Выводы. It was proposed to solve the problem of uninterrupted supply of raw materials to the pulp and paper mill under adverse road conditions using MOBISTEC mobile pavement. Application of the final qualification work results. The results are applicable to the pulp and paper mill to optimize logistic processes. Conclusions. The MOBISTEC-covered temporary timber roads are an advantageous alternative to building traditional gravel roads to transport forest from hard-to-reach areas with adverse climatic conditions.
